Besides an attractive form and optimal functionality of a product, the adequate designing with regard to material and stress is very important. The strong dependence of the tension/extension behaviour of plastics on extension, stain-rate and temperature as well as on the kind of stress is taken into account by our specialists by using suitable material models for the simulation of the stress conditions. Our calculation engineers have the absolutely necessary material knowledge of plastics for the assessment of the best material utilisation.

On an early level of development statements about the later part load can be already met by construction-accompanying FEM structure analysis. Thus development times can be shortened and prototype tests be saved, which makes again a reduction of the total development costs possible.
